Next Level Sport

Through our partnership with Next Level Sport, children take part in after-school competitions and championships across a range of sports, including: cross-country, tennis, bocce, cricket, football, handball and dodgeball.

Primary Stars Football Championships

Our Year 5 and 6 pupils also enter the Primary Stars Football Championships, providing another exciting opportunity to represent Peafield competitively and develop teamwork, determination and sportsmanship.

Peafield Lane win Premier League Primary Stars National Girls Football Tournament

We are incredibly proud of our girls’ football team, who won the Premier League Primary Stars National Girls Football Tournament Regional Qualifier in 2025-26, competing against local schools at the RH Academy.

After finishing level on points with Greenwood, Peafield secured the title on goal difference following an impressive four-goal final game. The victory meant the team progressed to the Regional Finals, representing Mansfield Town against schools from across the region.

The girls were presented with the trophy by the Mansfield Town Ladies captain and were also invited to be flag bearers at Mansfield Town’s dedicated Her Game Too fixture. A fantastic achievement and a brilliant example of our children demonstrating determination, teamwork and Peafield PRIDE.

School Games

We also participate in the Mansfield School Games, which forms part of the national School Games programme. It provides opportunities for children to take part in inclusive competitive sport and physical activity, representing their school and competing alongside other local primary schools. Events give children opportunities to experience different sports, develop confidence and teamwork, and enjoy being physically active.

Our commitment to PE, sport and physical activity has been recognised through achieving the Silver School Games Mark. We are incredibly proud of the children who represent Peafield and demonstrate our PRIDE values through sport.
